After the success of ClubCHIP in July where Nola Hitchick shared with us the wonders of the bacteria world growing inside each of us, our next ClubCHIP meeting will be held on Sunday August 19 at 7pm in our church hall.
As a follow-on, ClubCHIP this month will be a presentation regarding fermented foods- what they are, and how to prepare them, and what they taste like.
This presentation is by Jenny Taylor (Health Coach) and is sure to be most practical.
While the meeting is designed for CHIP graduates, anyone interested in health is most welcome.
There will be a small cost to cover the price of food samples.
